A collar that keeps its shape
Rib-knit collars stand up well; self-fabric collars feel softer but can curl at the points. Review the collar after the agreed wash, and check that the placket lies flat with the buttons fastened.

Confirmed performance-polo information
A short-sleeve performance polo can serve branded staff programmes and active teamwear. The brief should balance collar appearance with the fabric feel and movement expected during a working day.
Breathability, stretch and moisture management are confirmed product directions. Agree any numeric performance target, test method and fibre-label wording before using a quantified claim.
Buying notes
A performance polo has to look smart at the start of a shift and still sit right at the end of it. The collar and the colour carry most of that impression.
Rib-knit collars stand up well; self-fabric collars feel softer but can curl at the points. Review the collar after the agreed wash, and check that the placket lies flat with the buttons fastened.
For uniform programmes, Pantone lab-dip colour matching lets you approve the brand shade before bulk. The confirmed polo fabrics weigh 250–350 g/m², heavier than SenLin’s training tees, which gives the body a smarter drape.
Ready-stock polos run from M to 5XL. If your team needs smaller sizes, ask about a custom route before you plan the size matrix. Logos and prints go on the front chest or the back.
Product development guide
| Decision | Options to discuss | What to approve |
|---|---|---|
| Collar | Rib or self-fabric construction | Review collar stand, edge curl and appearance after the agreed wash. |

| Sleeve finish | Open hem or rib finish | Check upper-arm comfort and the sleeve opening across the size range. |
Review the polo both buttoned and open at the neck. Confirm that embroidery does not distort the chest panel and the placket remains aligned after the sample is washed.
Agree the method and acceptance point for each check before bulk production; no certification or numeric result is implied here.
Before you enquire
The confirmed direction uses nylon/polyamide (锦纶/尼龙/聚酰胺纤维) and/or polyester (涤纶), with 70–85% of the selected principal fibre, at 250–350 g/m². Ready-stock solid colours run from M to 5XL. Exact fabric, colour and size inventory is reconfirmed in the quotation.
Compare handfeel, drying, shape retention, decoration and care on equivalent sample constructions. SenLin’s confirmed ready-stock performance-polo direction uses polyester and/or nylon/polyamide, not a confirmed cotton polo; ask for a separately quoted custom material route if cotton is essential.
Yes. Standard-style orders start at 100+ pieces with mixed sizes. Choose a custom logo or print for the front chest or back, then confirm the artwork, decoration method and M–5XL breakdown before sampling.
Agree collar shape, button spacing and placket alignment on the sample. Include wash appearance, button attachment and seam workmanship in the approval checklist.
