Short or long sleeves: planning a polo programme.

Most uniform programmes end up needing both sleeve lengths. Plan them together so the collar, colour and logo read as one range.

01

One fabric family for both seasons

Both polos use 70–85% nylon/polyamide or polyester at 250–350 g/m², in M–5XL. Short sleeves cover warm months and active roles; long sleeves cover cooler seasons and outdoor staff.

02

One brand colour across styles

Approve both fabrics and the collar rib against one Pantone lab-dip reference, so short- and long-sleeve polos match when staff wear them side by side.

03

Logo placement that works on both

Use the same front-chest or back artwork on both styles, check it on the smallest and largest sizes you order, and keep it clear of the placket.

Questions buyers ask

Which fabric, weight and size range are confirmed for a performance polo?

The confirmed direction uses nylon/polyamide (锦纶/尼龙/聚酰胺纤维) and/or polyester (涤纶), with 70–85% of the selected principal fibre, at 250–350 g/m². Ready-stock solid colours run from M to 5XL. Exact fabric, colour and size inventory is reconfirmed in the quotation.

Can I add a DIY logo or print and mix polo sizes?

Yes. Standard-style orders start at 100+ pieces with mixed sizes. Choose a custom logo or print for the front chest or back, then confirm the artwork, decoration method and M–5XL breakdown before sampling.

How do you check the polo collar and placket?

Agree collar shape, button spacing and placket alignment on the sample. Include wash appearance, button attachment and seam workmanship in the approval checklist.

Are short- and long-sleeve polo colours guaranteed to match?

Approve both fabrics and trims together using physical swatches and samples. Screen previews show colour directions only; fabric structures and dye lots can affect the finished shade.
