Apparel Quality Control Before Bulk Production

SenLin uses the approved physical sample and written product specification as working references. Inspection scope, acceptance criteria and issue handling are agreed for the order rather than hidden behind a generic badge.

01

Confirmed SenLin capability

A costed bill of materials can accompany the quotation. SenLin can also provide a bulk inspection record and coordinate approved packaging requirements.

02

Confirmed for each order

Measurements, tolerances, test methods, inspection scope, reporting deadlines and remedies are agreed in writing for the selected product and destination.

03

Not claimed without evidence

SenLin does not publish a fixed AQL level, blanket product certification, zero-defect promise or universal test result.

ORDER-SPECIFIC CONTROL

Six checkpoints from brief to packing.

Each checkpoint records what was agreed, what needs evidence and what the buyer should approve before the next stage.

  1. 01

    Brief and specification

Record the product use, measurements, materials, construction, branding, packing and destination requirements.

  2. 02

    Material and trim confirmation

Agree the proposed composition, weight, colour direction, stretch, handfeel, trims and any required test method.

  3. 03

    Physical sample review

Check fit, measurements, construction, movement, decoration and labels on the agreed sample before bulk approval.

  4. 04

    Bulk production reference

Use the approved sample and written specification as the working references for production and in-process checks.

  5. 05

    Finished-garment inspection

Review the agreed appearance, measurements, sewing, closures, decoration, shade and packing criteria, then retain the inspection record.

  6. 06

    Packing and issue handling

Check the agreed labels, folding, individual packing and carton instructions. Record photos, affected quantities and inspection evidence if an issue is reported.

BUYER RECORDS

Ask for the record that matches the decision.

SenLin can attach a costed bill of materials to the quotation and can provide a bulk inspection record. Other tests, certificates, photographs and document formats are agreed according to the product and destination.

  • Approved sample and written specification
  • Costed bill of materials with the quotation
  • Bulk inspection record
  • Agreed branding, label and packing references
  • Issue record with photographs and affected quantities

QUALITY FAQ

Direct answers for buyer review.

Does SenLin publish a fixed AQL level?

No. Inspection scope, sampling method and acceptance criteria are agreed for the order. SenLin does not publish a blanket AQL claim.

Can a buyer request an inspection record?

Yes. A bulk inspection record is an owner-confirmed capability. The format, inspection scope and timing are agreed for the selected order.

What becomes the bulk-production reference?

The approved physical sample and the written specification should record the agreed fit, measurements, material, construction, branding and packing details.

Are test results or certifications automatically included?

No. Required test methods, certificates and supporting documents are agreed by product and market. No unverified result or blanket certification is promised.

How are nonconforming goods discussed?

Use the order reference, photographs, affected quantities and inspection records to discuss the issue and agree the remedy and timing in writing.
