Develop heavyweight hoodies by considering fabric structure, body proportions and rib together. A heavier fabric can change hood drape, seam bulk and the way a pocket sits on the body.
The confirmed range covers hoodies, sweatpants, hoodie sets and fleece outer layers. Huamian cotton (华棉) is the fabric name used by the mill; the exact fibre declaration and care-label wording are approved before production.
Buying notes
Heavyweight hoodies sell on how they feel and hang. The confirmed 350–450 g/m² range runs from a solid year-round hoodie to a dense, structured streetwear piece.
Brushed fleece has a soft, raised interior and feels warmer; loopback French terry is drier to the touch and suits milder seasons. At the same weight they wear quite differently, so compare both swatches before you choose.
Pure cotton and Huamian cotton (华棉) can shrink in the wash, and heavy fabric makes the change in body length and sleeves easier to see. Agree the wash method, measure the sample before and after, and lock the size chart only once the washed measurements are approved.
Embroidery sits well on dense fleece, while large prints need an ink suited to a raised surface; heat-transfer decoration is also available. Ready-stock hoodies come without hangtags, so add your own labels and hangtags to the brief; they are quoted separately.

Heavyweight hoodies are 350–450 g/m², in pure cotton, Huamian cotton (华棉) or polyester with at least 96% of the chosen fibre. Ready-stock styles are relaxed-fit solid colours in S–5XL with a 1–3 cm tolerance; the exact fabric and colour are reconfirmed in each quotation.
Yes. Choose a custom logo or print for the front chest or back. Share artwork dimensions and colour references; the method and result are approved on the selected fabric. Ready-stock styles are supplied without hangtags unless a separate tag is specified and quoted.
Yes. Heavy hoodies take up more room, so agree the fold, the bag size and how many pieces go in each carton before production. Custom individual packaging and custom cartons are both available, with carton marks set to your destination requirements.
